Phoenix Estate Planning was born out of my experience when dealing with my dad’s affairs, after he was diagnosed with dementia and until his passing away.
My dad never had a Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney in place, I guess you never think of these things and because we never really get told about them.
I can tell you, it was an eye opener. The bureaucracy I came across was unbelievable, particularly at such an emotional time. Alas, as with most things in life, you get through it.
But it spurred me on to get qualified and start Phoenix Estate Planning in order to help as many people as we can.
Our mission is to keep it simple & affordable. And of course to explain everything in plain English.
